Kah set to make return

Jamie Kah will make her long-awaited return to the races this week.

The star jockey, who was suspended for the entire spring carnival due to a COVID-19 breach, has been on the sidelines for 96 days.

Kah’s manager James Henderson confirmed the news with SEN Track’s Andrew Bensley.

“Confirmed by manager James Henderson that leading jockey Jamie Kah will return this weekend,” Bensley said.

“Uncertain at this stage whether she rides Friday night at The Valley but definitely heads to Saturday’s Pakenham Cup day.”

Kah made headlines last week following the news that her Supreme Court appeal against providing false/misleading evidence to stewards was successful.

The 25-year-old launched the challenge in October after being falsely found guilty and penalised for a further two months for lying to stewards.
