It’s official, Peter Moody will apply for his licence
It’s official, Peter Moody has confirmed he will apply for a trainer’s license.
Moody confirmed to RSN 927 that he will apply for his trainer’s license, Moody hasn’t had a runner in his name in since March 2016.
“Look, I don’t want to go back to where I was training over 100 horses. I’ll be training my own horses for a small group of clients who had been with me for the journey,” Moody told RSN’s Matt Stewart.
Moody was handed a 12-month ban, six months of which was suspended after Lidari was detected with a prohibited substance taken prior to his run in the 2014 Turnbull Stakes at Flemington.
Moody has been acting as a bloodstock agent and media commentator since he ceased training in 2016.
