Nature Strip (Nicconi) will take on 17 rivals when he tries to become the first Australian runner to win at Royal Ascot in a decade when he takes his chances in tomorrow’s King’s Stand Stakes (Gr 1, 5f).
The Chris Waller-trained sprinter will jump from barrier ten under James Mcdonald with his market rival, US raider Golden Pal (Uncle Mo), drawn three higher. T he home challenge is led by Twilight Calls (Twilight Son) who will break from barrier six.
