Gold Edge Syndications – Proven For Turning Bargains Buys Into Stakes Horses

We are delighted to bring you the latest offers from Gold Edge Syndications who purchased two lovely filly’s at the Classic Sale recently.

Known for their gruelling selection criteria and an eye for a bargain, Gold Edge have proven themselves again, with last years purchase from the same sale, a filly named Absolutely Foxy, a $28K purchase, running a brave 4th in the $2M Millennium last week at her only 2nd race start.

Look at the photo above and you will see how close tough little filly, Absolutely Foxy,
came to winning a million dollars at Warwick Farm on Wednesday

Previously they purchased Nicci’s Gold (below) for $25K who has gone on and won over $400K
in prize money so far and is being aimed at the rich Autumn carnival.

This beautiful moving filly is by the leading 2nd season sire RUBICK, one of the most precocious colts of his generation.
As a sire, he is already showing the early dominance that he is known for, producing the Everest winner YES YES YES
and the rising superstar filly, RUBISAKI in his first crop. We were very keen to purchase a RUBICK filly
and we thought that this was the best at the sale.

She will be broken in straight away before heading into the Portelli Racing Stable to continue her education.

Watch her parade and listen to Gary’s thoughts below:

This filly is out of the un-raced AGNES WORLD mare Crown Agnes, who has had 5 foals to race for 4 winners.
The best performed sibling is the NICCONI gelding MAYAN who won his first start as a 2yo
by over 3 lengths before finishing runner up at his next start in a Listed race at Moonee Valley.

Watch Mayan’s acceleration in the video below:

By the exciting young stallion, SHOOTING TO WIN, winner of the stallion making race THE CAULFIELD GUINEAS in 2014,
in a faster time than both REDOUTE’S CHOICE and LONHRO ran in winning theirs. SHOOTING TO WIN,
a serious young sire on his way up, produced the exciting colt KUBRIK, winner of the inaugural $1M Bondi Stakes,
in his first crop. He is currently placed in the top five stakes earners in the second season sire’s list. His full brother,
DEEP FIELD, is currently in second spot. This is a wonderful family to be involved with.

Learn more about the stallion below.

Our new filly is out of the un-raced mare Royal Tower, who is a half sister to the Group 1 winning mare, REGAL CHEER,
and is a grand daughter of REGAL CHAMBER. A half sister to the stakes placed COMMISSIONER
and closely related to KNOYDART, this girl’s pedigree speaks for itself and she looks looks like an up and ready 2yo.
